INGREDIENTS

3 zucchinis
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
8 champignon mushrooms
1 red onion
6 skewers
Salt to taste
Rosemary to taste
Oregano to taste
PREPARATION
Wash all the vegetables thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or impurities.
Dry them carefully using a clean cloth or kitchen paper: this step is essential to ensure even cooking in the AirFryer.
Cut the vegetables into regular pieces to ensure uniform cooking:
Zucchini are best cut into not-too-thin slices
Peppers and onions into medium-sized cubes
Champignon mushrooms can be left whole if small, or halved
At this point, start assembling the vegetable skewers.
Alternating colors makes the dish more appealing and ensures a variety of flavors in every bite.
Thread onto skewers in the following order:
zucchini
red pepper
mushroom
onion
yellow pepper
Repeat until all 6 skewers are completed.
