INGREDIENTS
For 4 SERVINGS
MIXED GRILL
8 chicken wings
3–4 beef fillets
2–3 beef burgers
Mixed herbs
1 garlic clove
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper
MAYONNAISE SAUCE
100 g mayonnaise
1 teaspoon tomato paste
A pinch of chili
YOGURT SAUCE
Juice of ½ lemon
150 g Greek yogurt
Mint
TABASCO SAUCE
30 g white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
½ garlic clove
Tabasco as needed
120 g tomato purée
PREPARATION
MAYONNAISE AND YOGURT SAUCES
Mix the ingredients for the mayonnaise sauce and, separately, for the yogurt sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste.
TABASCO SAUCE
In a small pan, cook all ingredients for 5–8 minutes. Season with salt.
MIXED GRILL
Place the chicken wings, fillets, and burgers on a tray. Season with chopped herbs, garlic, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Massage the meat, cover, and let it rest in a cool place for 20 minutes.
Bake using the Specialista by Glem Gas BBQ function at 220°C: 8–10 minutes for burgers and fillets, 25 minutes for chicken wings.
ASSEMBLY
Once cooked, serve the meat with the sauces.
