Flame failure protection
Thermocouples stop the flow of gas in the event of an accidental flame failure. The thermocouple intervenes within 3 seconds of the flame switching off and it is active even in the event of a power cut.

Triple ring burner
This special burner with a triple ring flame provides rapid heat. The power of 14.5 Mj/H ensures maximum efficiency and faster cooking times.
Teppanyaki plate
The Stainless Steel Teppanyaki plate is ideal for frying according to Japanese tradition. The high thermal mass allows perfect temperature control and optimum heat distribution for preparing delicate food, low-fat meat, fish and vegetables. The patented design with flush mounting means that there is no compromise in cooktop ergonomics.

Defrosting
The fan operates without heat. It provides effective defrosting in half the time.

Dual burner with dual control
This powerful burner allows you to cook any food from low simmer to high power stir fry. The dual control means you can adjust the flame for each individual ring at a power of between 1.5 Mj/H and 16.5 Mj/H. It is therefore possible to turn on the central ring or the dual outer ring, or both: for large and small pans, concentrating the heat and energy only where it is needed.
