Multifunction gas oven with fan assist feature

The gas burner is under the floor of the oven. Heat is evenly distributed by the fan located at the rear of the oven which creates a constant temperature throughout the entire oven. Foods can be placed anywhere in the oven without fear of heat variation. It maximises the benefit of the large oven capacity allowing for all shelves to be used simultaneously. The airflow surrounds the food and seals the food surface. Roasts are more succulent and flavoursome.

Thermocouples stop the flow of gas in the event of an accidental flame failure. The thermocouple intervenes within 3 seconds of the flame switching off and it is active even in the event of a power cut.
