8 chicken drumsticks
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
250 g of tomato purée
1 small onion, very finely chopped
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of Worcester sauce
mixed salad leaves and cherry tomatoes
BBQ sauce: mix all the ingredients and add salt.
Arrange the chicken drumsticks on the oven tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Brush the drumsticks with the BBQ sauce.
Cook using the BBQ cooking mode at 180 °C for 45 minutes. Brush the drumsticks with the BBQ sauce every 15 minutes.
Remove the drumsticks from the oven and serve with the mixed salad leaves and cherry tomatoes.
