Fish skewers au gratin

200 g of cod or scorpion fish fillet
100-120 g of prawns
8 cherry tomatoes
2 small courgettes
1/2 clove of garlic, if liked
100 g of breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
about 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
salt, pepper
mixed salad for serving

Cut the fish fillet into chunks and clean the prawns, removing the gut thread and shell but leaving the tail.
Slice the courgettes into rounds and wash the cherry tomatoes.
Prepare the skewers, alternating the ingredients

Mix the breadcrumbs with the parsley and the chopped garlic in a bowl, then add the oil, salt and pepper.
Pour the breadcrumb coating into a plate and dip the skewers into it until they are thoroughly coated on every side.

Place the skewers on the oven tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake at 180° C with the gratin function for 15-16 minutes.

Remove from the oven and serve the skewers with a mixed salad.
